Formulate a relevant and high quality strategy for sustainable business and development. The goal was to create The Absolut Company Eco Design Guide for all employees and to set goals on how this should be achieved.
A sustainability strategy was made and divided into two; responsible business and impact strategy. This helped Absolut to work responsible in questions related to sustainability and also act and be a part of something bigger than the organization itself. As a solution the Eco-Design Guide was built. Googol draw goals for the strategies created and developed a matrix based on different dimensions of sustainability and defined what should be done and when.
Thanks to the Eco Design Guide the sustainability strategy was made available for all employees, partners and suppliers to use when developing new packaging solutions. which resulted in that Absolut could include their employees to work more sustainable than before.
The book was published during spring 2017. The goal is to use it as a support for all development in TAC. The result was not only a strategy, but a long-term strategy for how to work with sustainability and guidelines for how to evaluate which project to kill and not.
To create engage the interaction from customers by creating a new interface as an Open Innovation platform. The challenge was to get insights from customers that in turn would generate in concepts and solutions on challenges related to sustainability.
Googol helped Absolut reach their targets for the project by advising the concepts that was developed during the campaign. Furthermore Googol developed tools for how to evaluate the concepts in order to generate the result Absolut aimed to get.
The results from Creative Space has been an initiator to several explorative packaging projects that Absolute are working on right now. Moreover, the campaign got attention through different media channels.
