New innovation process
The existing innovation process was not delivering value enough. Sos Alarm needed help with how to improve or change that process and in what way.
Googol created a roadmap of how the existing process looked like and evaluated the supporting systems and went through the idéa and concept bank. In order to get a further understanding of the existing process they Googol interviewed 10 persons at different levels and departments. Based on this a feedback session was made in order to develop the process – opportunity scouting.
The process was developed and renewed to shortening the feedback time. The result was that people giving ideas or development ideas to the company got feedback a lot faster.
